Lubepac/Lubetrac

Designed to provide a more reliable and efficient order tracking and delivery system, Lubetrac and Lubepac electronically replicate and automate the traditional paper-based forms and processes.

Lubetrac is an office-based software system while Lubepac is a TouchPC-based mobile element incorporated into each delivery vehicle.

Lubepac’s features include:

  • handling of multiple pump meters to minimise flushing between deliveries
  • configured to communicate with Lubetrac
  • download/upload of all data to a base station via GSM modem link
  • integration with on-board printers to provide delivery dockets and customer records
  • electronic capture of customer signatures on delivery

Lubtrac’s features include:

  • capability to receive incoming order information from client
  • interface with an electronic scheduling package to optimise vehicle loading and routing
  • completed delivery information can be sent back to client
  • fully modular system that can be modified to interface with alternative systems
  • can provide Internet-based order tracking
